Personal Commission

◆ Emotes: $35/each emote.
◆ Animated Emotes: $67/each emote.
(+$5 - $10 more if it's a difficult animated emote).

◆ Extra:
・ Deadline request: +20% of original price.・ Rush request: +30% of original price.・ Private Commission: +50% of original price.・ Commercial use: a purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 200% of original price.
Commercial prices may increase or decrease depending on the purpose, time, quantity etc. that you use.

・ If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. change pose), I may charge a 25% extra (editing small details is comfortable).・ After agreeing to the sketch, I will not edit anything more (changes will be charged an additional fee).

Process:
・ You pay for the request >> I give the sketch >> You approve the sketch >> I complete it and hand it back to you.

Terms of Service

◆ Payment:
・ I will not start your commission until I receive full payment.・ Payment via PayPal for USD.・ No refunds after you accept the sketch, or 72 hour passes after it is sent to you.・ You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.

◆ Charge additional fee mentioned:
・ Private or commercial commissions have a fee.・ If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. change pose), I may charge a 25% extra (editing small details is comfortable).・ The price listed here is the base price and depending on the complexity of your character, the price is subject to change.

◆ What not to do with your commission:
・ Claim the artwork as yours.

◆ As the artist, I reserve the right to:
・ To post the final art on any social media. This includes the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc. (you can ask me to post pictures with watermark)・ Modify, Edit, and Repurpose unpaid or cancelled commissioned pieces.・ Claim the commissioned piece as my own work.Remember you can still keep it private and take full ownership of the painting (not including the author's name) by requesting a commercial or private commission or both.

◆ Other:
・ Remember, I only paint according to my artstyle.・ If your character is usually colored wrong you may request a color WIP. Otherwise I'll only provide the sketch WIP.・If you commission emote, it will be drawn in chibi style, with minimal details. An additional fee will be applied for requests for more detailed editing than is necessary for an emote.・ If you break any T.O.S you'll be permanently blacklisted (the blacklist will be public to warn other artists).・ By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.

Commercial use

For Vtubers, Streamers: I don't charge commercial fees when you only use them for your broadcasts.

I. What is Commercial use of an illustration?

・ Commercial use of an image would be reproducing it in any manner that is primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage.

・ Commercial activities would be; merchandise production, images used in films and on TV, in publications that are sold, and online or offline advertisements and commercial promotions. Using images on or in anything that is created with the intention of making a profit would be considered commercial use.

II. Commercial use right.

・ With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.・ Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.・ Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.・ You are always free to locate and contact the rights owner for permission to use the image for commercial purposes.

If you have any questions about whether your required use is commercial or non-commercial, or whether you require a high- or low-resolution image for your project, please contact me.

Private Commission

・ When you request a private commission, it means that I will not post my paintings of your commission on any social media platform to keep the secret of the painting.・ However you still have to mention I am the author of the picture when you use it.

Factors that will affect the price

・ Deadline request・ The complexity of your character・ The complexity and number of accessories that need to be drawn・ Modifications・ Additional splits (default finger/knee/elbow/multiply form shadows)・ Commercial, private or personal rights request・ Transfer of copyright, etc.
